Each person develops these prejudices, which have a significant impact on daily decisions made at work and at home. Your participants will learn the concepts and methods for identifying and comprehending various unconscious biases through our Unconscious Bias workshop. It will demonstrate how these prejudices affect an organization’s culture and operational procedures. The procedures to implement an effective unconscious bias training program in your company will also be covered in the workshop.
