Subscription and other fees paid to the Satyadevi Institute for Financial Learning, also known as SIFL, will be refunded according to the terms and conditions listed below.

• 1. A request for cancellation or a change of opinion on the enrolment is sent within 10 days after the enrolment to the course.  A refund of the course fee less any charges incurred for enrolment is possible.


• 2. The right to cancel does not apply if we have issued your login details for online training before receiving your cancellation request.


• 3. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after SIFL approves the refund request. 


• 4. A course may be postponed or cancelled by SIFL when enrolments are insufficient, trainers unexpectedly absent, force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.) or other circumstances arise. In the event of SIFL cancelling a course, the course fee paid by the participant or their Sponsoring organization will be refunded to the participant or their sponsor organization as the case may be within 30 days of cancellation. Participants and sponsor organizations should note that they are not eligible for refund of any charges, GST & other taxes. In the event of any change in this policy, SIFL will not be required to provide any kind of notice.
